User can combine 5 inspection algorithms for the best operation. Operation language is available in English, Japanese, Germany, Spanish, Korean and Chinese. Our users are in world-wide.
Operation software is frequently updated, and update/download is free of charge for Model22X user. Software has lots of "Nice to have" functions in addition to basic inspecting functions, such as; "Alert when too much false calls", "Prevent human errors" or "Auto- creation of Off-Line data when too much false calls".

Current product line-up is U Series, HDL Series and DL Series.
U Series: Optional 8 Angular Camera Unit enables 3D effect view. With U Series, user can select Ilumination, Camera and Lens to meet production environment. In-Line AOI is right weight (22% less than HDL series), compact (15% less than HDL series) and less power consuming (34% cut). We provide ecological AOI for long working lines.
HDL Series: High-Spec version AOI of DL Series
DL Series: Basic AOI with 3 lightings. Standard AOI. |
