HML type has high quality and wide FoV 2 Mega camera. Telecentric lens is used for displaying PCB without changing object size depend on distance or position. RGB color layered lighting is used to detect solder clearly. Coaxial light is used for detecting polarity or components hidden by high objects.
HDL type has high quality and wide FoV 2 Mega camera. Telecentric lens is used for displaying PCB without changing object size depend on distance or position. White and Red color lighting has maximum performance on detecting presense/absense of component or text recognition. Coaxial light is used for detecting polarity or components hidden by high objects.
ML type has standard 1.2 Mega camera. RGB color layered lighting is used to detect solder clearly. Thanks for the combinations of Camera/Lens/Light, flux reflection is not much influenced to inspection. Better performance for inspecting wave soldering.
FW type is specialized in components inspection (existance/different/polarity/text) with white LED. Good cost performance for using in pre-reflow stage.
No vibration given to components because camera head moves and table does not move.
Optional area sensor protects safety of operators.
