Maximum 4 AOI (or 3 AOI + 1 SPI) pictures at same PCB and component can be compared. Defect cause can be easily found out. After analyzing, you can create and output report.
Defect, false call, RTY graphs can be displayed in Pie/Control/Histgram graphs.
